My Story

You Dream it..Jody can create it!
- Jody’s lifelong fascination with jewelry began in high school when he first started making jewelry. After graduation, he was accepted to the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) He immersed himself in the history and art of making jewelry while learning from teachers and professors who were some of the most influential and acclaimed Master Jewelers and designers in New York City. Donald Clafin taught Jody how to master his technique of drawing and rendering his designs by painting them on paper to make the jewelry come alive. Donald was a jewelry designer who started at David Webb before joining Tiffany & Co.and then Bvlgari. Frank Fabricater who specializes in making gold bracelets for Tiffany & Co. using a unique technique called Stamp & Die was another of Jody's design instructors. Tony Lent, one of the finest master goldsmiths and jewelry designers in the world, taught Jody the art of texturing metals. Jody learned his technical understanding of the jewelry business from Samuel Beizer, a technical adviser to Tiffany & Co. and many other fine jewelry establishments.
- When talking to people about redesigning their jewelry. I take the time to examine each and every piece as if it were my own. I think long and hard before coming up with a design knowing their counting on me to make the right choices. You know when you choose me,the thought I always have of course is for you. But also for all of those memories of jewelry given by loved ones for those special moments. You see I think about those moments when working with my clients. I work with top designers and the best jewelers Turning ordinary jewelry into extraordinary jewelry.
